Jamie Miller Jamie came to yoga several years ago because she had grown tired of the monotony of going to the gym. She found it interesting how, no matter how stressed or difficult her day had been, she consistently left class in a fantastic mood. Eventually, she realized that it was her yoga that had taught her how to keep a smile on her face through challenging and stressful times. Now she can no longer imagine life without it. She hopes that through teaching, she can help her students discover these same joys in their own practices.

When not on her mat, Jamie is an avid snowboarder and triathlete. She and her significant other live in Bedford with their 1-year-old black lab, Aspen, whom they hope will soon grow out of his shoe-eating phase.

Lauren Koenig-Plonskier Lauren came to power yoga initially because too much running and other impact sports had left her injured and in pain. She was looking for a new physical challenge and found it in power yoga. Lauren found herself coming back to her practice again and again, drawn to the tremendous strength she began to find within herself both mentally and physically. Off the mat Lauren is a classical pianist.

Vito Politano Vito took his first yoga class at the recommendation of a physical therapist to improve and prevent a neck strain. Vito is inspired to teach in order to safely share this healthy, powerful and transformative practice. His aim is to keep class challenging while stressing safe alignment and never taking things too seriously.
