Rachel first discovered yoga after moving from California to the east coast for college. She has always been physically active, growing up with softball, dance, and ice skating. A friend introduced her to yoga, and she has been hooked since. Not only did yoga help her physically as a competitive figure skater but also mentally, helping to clear away the stress from any kind of day. Now, as a graduate from Brandeis, Rachel would like to share her passion for yoga through teaching. |
